Ground: IndianaMap 2023 6" aerial draped on the USGS 3DEP lidar terrain (flown 2018-12-09, NAVD88, no vertical exaggeration); green only as fill outside the aerial.
v2 context: Neighbors (approx.) = APPROXIMATE massing of the buildings within ~100 m (IndianaMap footprints, heights + roof form from the 2018 lidar; not surveyed, no facades). Street facade = the LA+D Main St Elevation (Jun 2024) built from its dimensions and placed on the IFC front wall; it is not IFC geometry.
ASSUMPTIONS: the IFC has no georeference (IfcSite = Revit default Boston). Building placed on Main St (frontage bearing 52.1°) in the lot between the existing buildings, by matching the 2024 LA+D concept site plan (45'-4" frontage, ~17' narrow neighbour to the SW, parking behind) to the 2018 lidar building edges + 2023 aerial: centre E475498.7 N4260326.4 (UTM 16N), ±2-3 m along Main St - verify with Brook. FFE 140.23 m / 460.07 ft NAVD88 = 6" above the Main St sidewalk grade (ASSUMPTION; plans give no FFE). Interior wall white = SW 7008 Alabaster in place of Revit's placeholder grey (ASSUMPTION). The IFC has no exterior cladding, storefront, windows, ceilings or roof edge; walls show as modeled (existing CMU to 30-36').
